Welcome to TrustPay Ethiopia (“TrustPay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). TrustPay is a digital payment verification platform designed to help merchants, businesses, and users verify and validate digital payments made through Ethiopian banks and mobile money services.

By accessing or using the TrustPay application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

To use TrustPay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal business authority
• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with all applicable Ethiopian laws and financial regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

TrustPay provides the following services:

• Digital payment verification for Ethiopian banks and mobile money providers
• QR code scanning and transaction reference validation
• Receipt analysis and fraud detection support
• Transaction history tracking for merchants
• Business dashboard and reporting tools

TrustPay is a verification tool only and does not process payments or act as a financial institution.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misuse payment verification systems
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Ensure proper authorization before verifying transactions

Users are solely responsible for actions performed under their account.

Merchants using TrustPay must:

• Ensure legitimacy of all transactions submitted for verification
• Not use TrustPay for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Maintain proper business documentation where required
• Accept that verification results are based on available data and system analysis

TrustPay verification is based on:

• Available banking or mobile money data
• QR code and receipt analysis
• Transaction reference matching

We do not guarantee:

• Absolute accuracy of third-party financial data
• Availability of real-time bank responses at all times
• Prevention of all fraudulent activities

TrustPay provides assisted verification, not financial confirmation authority.

TrustPay includes fraud detection mechanisms; however:

• We do not guarantee detection of all fake receipts or fraudulent transactions
• Users must perform independent verification where necessary
• TrustPay is not liable for losses caused by undetected fraud

By using TrustPay, you agree that:

• We may collect and process transaction-related data for verification purposes
• Personal and business data is handled securely and encrypted where applicable
• We do not sell user data to third parties
• Data is used only to improve service quality, security, and performance

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• Preventing unauthorized access to their accounts
• Reporting suspicious activity immediately

TrustPay is not responsible for losses due to compromised accounts.

Users must NOT:

• Use TrustPay for illegal or fraudulent transactions
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the application
• Attempt to bypass verification systems
• Provide false or misleading transaction data
• Interfere with system security or performance

Violation may result in permanent account termination.

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability during maintenance or updates
• Compatibility with all devices or networks

TrustPay may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TrustPay is not liable for financial losses, business losses, or indirect damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on verification results
• Users accept full responsibility for reliance on the service

TrustPay may integrate with third-party banking or mobile money systems. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party system failures
• Data accuracy from external providers
• Service interruptions caused by external platforms

All content, branding, software, and technology used in TrustPay are owned by TrustPay Ethiopia or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the system without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by legal authorities

Users may also terminate their account at any time.

TrustPay may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable Ethiopian legal frameworks.
